What if my order was marked as delivered but I never received it?Updated 2 years ago

We’ve found that FedEx occasionally marks orders as delivered before they’ve actually been dropped off. If this is the case, please wait 2-3 days to see if it turns up—and in the meantime, check in with neighbors, housemates, or the front desk of your building. If it ultimately doesn’t materialize please reach out to [email protected] and we will file a claim with FedEx on your behalf.
