Where is my order?

Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to ship. When your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes FedEx tracking information so you can monitor it from our warehouse right to your door. If you've yet to receiv

Can I change the address for my order?

We get it, sometimes plans change. If it’s been 24 hours or less since you’ve placed your order, get in touch with us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to update your delivery address before your order ships out.

Can I change my order?

Our warehouse moves as fast as they can to get your order on its way to you. If you need to change or cancel your order, send us a note at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to see what we can do.

Can I add an item to my order?

Once an order has been placed, it can't be changed. You are welcome to place a new order for your item (let us know at [email protected] once you do so), or ask us to cancel your order so you can place a new one with your desired items.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. Help!

What if my order was marked as delivered but I never received it?

We’ve found that FedEx occasionally marks orders as delivered before they’ve actually been dropped off. If this is the case, please wait 2-3 days to see if it turns up—and in the meantime, check in with neighbors, housemates, or the front desk of you
